He buys the latest and greatest advertising gimmicks and spends thousands on the new thing, but for some reason, he just can't seem to get the necessary results. All he wants is new customers. Let's see, there was the time he paid a web design company 000 to get to the top of Google, the time he purchased a year's worth of mailers to only realize that most of it never was opened, and the time he spent a year's worth of wages in phone book ads, thinking his phone would ring off the hook. But despite all this high cost activity, Jeff failed. Yes Jeff, we know your pain and frustration. We know the platform, the know-how and the people to make the transition to mobile simple and painless. They create fast, easy and affordable custom apps to take your business to the next level. Here are some facts. 72% of mobile device owners visit social networking sites at least one time per day. One million app activations a day. 62% of restaurant searches on Google for Valentine's Day were on a mobile device. Mobile devices and tablets are taking over. Apps are replacing websites. We now live in a mobile world. So should business. Imagine having the power to connect with your customers and prospects anytime, anywhere and any place. The New York Times said, "Mobile marketing is the most powerful media ever invented." TV, email, newspapers and direct mail ... Because of this trend, more and more mobile apps are being developed to cater to the on-the-go crowd. That's especially good news for business and leisure travelers, who will always need help in figuring out ways to make travel easier, more efficient ... Please suggest some books I can read to learn how to develop mobile applications? Also please list some books I should read before learning the programming language so that I have a good grasp of things. Thanks!! " Author => Bob Chancy Leave your comments below

Nice Amazon photos
A few nice Amazon images I found: October 2010 The Mekong River is already being put to serious economic use by the Chinese, and now the Lao people are determined to do the same. But can it really pull the nation out of poverty, and at what cost? Until recently the 'Amazon of Asia', was one of the world's last untouched rivers, but plans for a series of 55 dams in Laos look set to change that. With the majority of the population of Laos living below the poverty line, the government claims that hydropower is the quickest way to raise living standards, anticipating revenue of million a year. Yet as scores of villages are uprooted to make way for the development, traditional subsistence communities are struggling. "We used to rely on nature for our living. Now if we don't buy, we can't eat", complains villager Cham Pha. The new dams also pose a threat to the ecosystem, endangering several species. Weighing up potential development and damage, the Lao people face a tough dilemma: "I'm worried about the environment but I want our village to have electricity". Vanessa Williams traces the struggles and triumphs of the superstars of music and film. Among the many artists featured are: Whitney Houston, Ella Fitzgerald, Sammy Davis Jr., Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Cab Calloway, Bill "Bojangles" Robinson, Ella Fitzgerald, and Little Richard, Also included are today's contemporary superstars: Snoop Dogg, Ice T, Quincy Jones, Spike Lee, Russell Simmons, and many, more! 80 minutes plus DVD bonus features. There weren't many African American faces when MGM trotted out the pastiche of its own musical glory, 1974's That's Entertainment! That fact is redressed in dazzling fashion in this compilation video, originally broadcast on Showtime. Hosted by Vanessa Williams, the retrospective is broken up into several categories: dancers, divas, rock and soul, jazz and swing, male singers, and hip-hop. With an 80-minute running time, it's hardly comprehensive, but what it includes is choice. Most dazzling is a section on tap dancers, with amazing footage of relatively unknown (at least in the mainstream) performers like Stump & Stumpy and Earl "Snakehips" Tucker. It's easy to quibble about people who are included (Diana Ross over Etta James?) or excluded (Ray Charles? Chuck Berry?), but it's hard to ignore the terrific old footage or the cogent commentary by observers such as Jamie Foxx, Quincy Jones, and Debbie Allen. --Marshall Fine List Price: $ 9.98 Price: $ 3.97 Keywords => Arts & Entertainment Follow => It's Black Entertainment [wpramareviews asin="B00005B34L"]
